|Recommended: YesGreat Place to Live — Been here almost a year. I had to get back used to living in an apartment so I researched quite a few before I moved over here. For the price they are the best in the area. The staff is super friendly and professional. No pest problems , grounds are very well kept and no one hanging out etc. it is overall very quiet.Only my neighbors upstairs are very noisy. Maintenance issues are resolved the next day. If I don't find another house I will definitely renew my lease here.

|Recommended: YesBest kept secret — Living in The Flats of Five mile creek is a pleasant surprise..I didn't even know the property existed before moving in and I'm glad to now know My son and I are excited to go home everyday and I never mind any interaction with the office staff as they are pleasantly professional and always willing to assist when possible
